For the 23rd edition of the International Bakery and Pastry Fair, MLC products are displayed on the stands of our partners Maison de Wyrsch and Foodgates. Our ranges of cream, butter and milk are produced in Normandy, with 100% Norman milk, in suitable formats and meeting the taste and technical requirements of Chinese professionals.
